Job Description As General Counsel, you will play a critical role in shaping the legal, risk, and governance frameworks that support the organisation's continued growth and innovation. You will advise the Board and Executive on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and enabling strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic legal advice across all areas of the business Lead contract negotiations, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance Develop and oversee risk management, governance, and legal frameworks Manage legal disputes and external counsel relationships Advise senior stakeholders on emerging legal and regulatory developments Build and lead a high-performing legal function The Successful Applicant Senior legal qualifications (admitted to practice in Australia) 10 years' post-qualification experience, with a strong track record in corporate/commercial law In-house experience at senior level, in FMCG desirable Exceptional judgement, leadership and communication skills Ability to operate with discretion and navigate complex, fast-paced environments Has international exposure What's on Offer This is a rare opportunity to step into a trusted, strategic leadership role within a values-led and ambitious organisation.
