Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) is a fast-growing Western Australian civil and mining contractor, offering great opportunities for people looking to join a supportive and high-performing team. Since 2013, we've successfully delivered major projects for multiple Tier 1 clients across WA and are now poised for a successful 2026 journey with our new appointed Covalent project, set to commence in February.

About our role:

Be the face of our corporate office As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll deliver a professional, welcoming experience while keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly.

Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant, you'll provide vital administrative support to ensure our senior leadership stays organized and efficient. You'll also liaise with building management and coordinate office upkeep to maintain a polished environment.

Your focus in this role:


* Management of incoming phone inquiries and mail correspondence.
* Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring compliance to visitor check in and check out processes.
* Setting up and managing meeting rooms.
* Coordinating travel.
* Ensuring the kitchen and surrounding office/meeting rooms remain clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
* Maintaining appropriate levels of office supplies, stationery, and office equipment.
* Provision of catering services and assistance to organise company events.
* Maintain a register of corporate desk allocations, parking and entry cards.
* Support the company's corporate onboarding process for new employees.
* Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and other ad-hoc administration across the corporate support services team as required.

What You'll Bring:


* Excellent customer service skills and a capacity to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Demonstrable experience in providing administrative support.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem solve and meet deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work
* Experience and interest in marketing (desirable)
* Demonstrated experience with MS Word, MS Excel and related programs
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Willingness to get involved in different projects with flexibility to adapt to project demands.
