We're looking for a senior Commercial lawyer (10+ PQE) to step into a Principal / Team Leader role and lead the growth of our clients Commercial practice. This is a standout opportunity for an established practitioner with a strong client and referrer following who's ready for greater autonomy, influence, and long-term upside.
This role will particularly suit a senior lawyer from a large mid‐tier firm seeking more autonomy and the opportunity to shape a practice rather than simply service one.
The role
* Lead and grow a well‐established Commercial practice
* Manage key client relationships and leverage existing networks
* Provide high‐level commercial and strategic advice
* Mentor and develop lawyers within the team
* Play an active role in business development and firm leadership

* 10+ years PQE in Commercial Law
* Strong client base and referrer relationships
