We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering design projects across the resource and building sectors. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end design project delivery from kickoff to close-out
* Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk and change control
* Coordinate interdiscipline engineering and drafting activities and deliverables
* Manage client relationships, project reporting and stakeholder updates
* Drive safety, quality and compliance across project execution
* Manage variations, claims and commercial outcomes in line with contract requirements
* Support handover and close-out deliverables, including documentation and lessons learned
Skills & Experience (Essential):
* Proven Project Management experience in design consultancies for the resource industry
* Strong understanding of design project delivery workflows
* Strong commercial awareness (contracts, variations, cost control)
* Confident communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Strong documentation and reporting capability
* Australian working rights
Desirable:
* Engineering qualification with interdisciplinary design experience.
* Minimum 5 years experience in management of Engineering Design projects.
