About The Role Power VidaCorp’s global growth as a Logistics Coordinator, where you’ll manage international shipments end-to-end, ensure accurate documentation and on-time delivery, and collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and global 3PL partners. This is a pivotal role supporting supply chain efficiency today while helping establish logistics operations and supplier networks as we expand into new international markets. Role & Responsibilities Proven experience coordinating international shipments across multiple markets, ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, 3PL management, and import/export compliance requirements Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems for order management, inventory tracking, and data reconciliation Ability to manage cross-trade shipments and intercompany stock transfers while balancing regional inventory needs Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and monitoring logistics performance metrics High attention to detail with a focus on accurate documentation, compliance, and continuous process improvement Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in international logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination, including managing 3PL and freight providers Solid understanding of import/export processes and shipping documentation Experience using ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite highly regarded) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain (desirable, not essential) Benefits Exclusive employee discounts via the DBG Health Employee Shop, including MCoBeauty, Esmi Skin Minerals, Nude by Nature, e.l.f.
