Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Team Lead located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The Customer Service Team Lead will oversee day-to-day customer service operations, manage a team of customer service representatives, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and assist with customer support. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and training, and enhancing overall customer experience.
Qualifications
* Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
* Skills in Customer Service Management and leading customer service teams
* Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proven leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work on-site in Sunshine Coast, QLD
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
