Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer Role
This role offers the opportunity to lead, mentor junior engineers and shape standards and reliability frameworks.
* Deliver practical and timely mechanical and integrity solutions across upstream surface facilities.
* Conduct inspections fitness for service assessments and root cause analyses.
* Resolve operational issues and implement strategies that improve performance and reduce downtime.
* Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior engineers.
* Support HSE reviews asset risk assessments and incident investigations.
* Represent Operations Engineering in design and project reviews.
What We Are Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Materials or related engineering discipline.
* Considerable experience in mechanical or integrity engineering ideally in energy or infrastructure.
* Proficiency in pressure systems piping welding NDT techniques and integrity standards.
* Experience in equipment failure investigation inspection management and plant reliability.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Prior experience in upstream gas or CSG.
* Familiarity with SCADA CMMS and condition monitoring tools.
* Experience mentoring or supervising junior engineers.
