We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 1 (CNC1) to join the Aged and Related Care team at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate
* Extensive clinical experience in aged care, rehabilitation, chronic and complex care, or related specialties
* Strong leadership and consultancy skills with the ability to influence and support best practice care
* Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and service innovation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multidisciplinary teams
* Experience supporting education, mentoring, and capability development of nursing staff
* Ability to contribute to strategic service planning and clinical practice development
Essential Criteria
* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Minimum 5 years full‐time equivalent post registration experience with approved post registration qualifications relevant to the specialty or equivalent experience deemed appropriate
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
* National Police Check
