Join this dynamic and innovative Property Group that has a portfolio of Residential, Commercial, Retail, Office, and Mixed-Use projects. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and reporting to the Marketing Director, you will oversee Salesforce database analysis, website analytics, reports, and research tools to provide insights to drive the communications strategy and structure for multiple Project Marketing campaigns.

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Create and implement CRM campaigns for Projects to engage and nurture customers through sales journey
- Analyse and interpret data to provide insights and adjust campaigns and communications accordingly
- Develop and refine all lead nurture programs, automations and data/audience segmentation
- Look at the CRM and digital campaign performance data from a strategic lense, looking at the overarching perspective and big picture flow and process
- Use Helix Personas to understand client profiles and behaviour, driving insights and advising new initiatives
- Development of reporting process for sales and marketing, using Tableau to provide insights and analysis to business
- Implementing initiatives to ensure you capture robust, clean and complete customer data
- Agency and stakeholder management

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- 3 + years' experience in a similar CRM/Digital role
- Property, Construction, Architecture, or similar marketing experience beneficial
- Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar desired
- Experience in CRM system management and database analysis
- A problem solver and analytical thinker
- ideally you have had exposure to complex CRM journeys and developing customised communication pieces
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM required and Tableau and Pardot highly regarded
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Business, and Facebook Business beneficial
- Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a "finisher"
