* Engage in continuous safety and quality improvement initiatives contributing to audits and reviews enhancing patient and staff experiences.

* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge in acute, emergency and aged care settings.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in team leadership and clinical escalation.
* Strong background in quality improvement and risk management.
* Competent in using technology to enhance patient care and communication.
* Up-to-date knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to nursing practice.
