Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Manager to join our expanding team. This pivotal role will be responsible for crafting impactful learning initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance across our retail stores and head office.
This includes developing and executing a learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives and retail performance priorities. Additionally, you will lead the design of a structured training framework that encompasses onboarding, product training, compliance, customer experience, and leadership development.
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will deliver a mix of in-store, classroom, and digital training programs to support both technical and behavioural competencies. You will also facilitate onboarding and milestone programs across the employee lifecycle and partner with the Retail Division to identify training needs and build programs that drive store performance and enhance client experience.
You will oversee and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is user-friendly, regularly updated, and used effectively. Furthermore, you will monitor and report on training effectiveness, participation, engagement, and business impact.
