About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth, reliable experience from enquiry through to order fulfilment.
This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.
While the role is primarily customer service focused, it also includes supporting sales activities through relationship-based conversations and outbound follow-ups—there is no hard-sell environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Supporting outbound customer calls, including order follow-ups and light upselling where appropriate
Assisting with inventory-related enquiries and product availability
Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issuesMaintaining accurate records across internal systems - Correction: it's already present.

What We're Looking For
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
Strong customer service skills and a relationship-focused mindset
High attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and customer information
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience That Will Be Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)
Experience in wholesale, foodservice, or hospitality environments
Telephone-based customer service, order-taking, or sales support
Inventory management or merchandising exposure
Outbound calling or customer follow-up experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Exposure to ERP systems, CRM platforms, or BI tools
Full training and onboarding will be provided for the right candidate.
