As a Mystery Shopper, you'll help businesses measure customer service and identify areas for improvement. You will choose assignments each month, work within provided deadlines, follow detailed instructions, and report findings through required methods (e.g., photos as proof where applicable). You will manage deadlines and communicate changes effectively. Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written English Keen observation skills and a sharp memory Access to a computer (or laptop/tablet), email, and reliable internet A smartphone for capturing photos as proof of visit Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively when things change Strong ability to follow instructions, then ask for help when necessary Pay and Perks
Payments are processed weekly into your nominated bank account. Compensation varies for each survey, generally ranging from $20 to $65 for onsite visits and $15 to $30 for phone calls. Reimbursed purchases may be kept as an extra incentive.
