About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Repair Centre Technician to join our technical services team. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electromechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a repair centre or field service environment and a strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex hardware. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair faults in a variety of devices, including: ATMs Self-Service Checkouts (e.g., Coles, Woolworths) Poker Machines Large Printers (Fujitsu, Toshiba, Canon, etc.) Money Changing Machines Parking Complex Ticket Payment Machines Perform component-level repairs and part replacements Conduct functional testing and quality assurance before redeployment Maintain accurate service records and repair logs Collaborate with field technicians and support teams to resolve recurring issues Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Previous experience as a Repair Centre Technician or Field Technician Hands-on exposure to the devices listed above Technical Skills: Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Familiarity with electromechanical systems and repair tools Education (preferred): Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering Attributes: Detail-oriented and methodical in approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
