**About the Opportunity**
Young Guns are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce through strategic action and initiatives. As the Recruitment Manager, you will drive innovative strategic initiatives to proactively attract and secure high-quality talent for the business. You will be confident in establishing and driving projects around the proactive sourcing of talent and providing exceptional leadership across the business. Young Guns' global presence is a key opportunity for growth. In this role, you will lead and support projects which leverage the international mobility of the business from a talent perspective. You will also:
- Develop and maintain talent projects and build external business partnerships to attract talent and increase diversity.
- Support the delivery of the Employee Value Proposition project and incorporate strategy around attraction, retention and engagement.
- Facilitate the development of a reporting function to streamline analytics of the online recruitment platform.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across both white and blue collar roles
- Partner with the HR Manager to guide and mentor employees around best practice recruitment strategies.
**About You**
You will be an innovative recruitment specialist with a passion for workforce diversity. Your values-driven style of operating will be evident in your ability to mentor and lead employees to drive positive outcomes in the business. You will be confident in establishing talent pipelines and providing support and leadership to ensure success. You will be well versed in partnering with senior leaders and possess the ability to influence decisions and challenge thinking for best outcomes. With a people focused approach, experience with contemporary attraction strategies and systems, you will identify and attract the best possible talent to drive the Young Guns values. You will ideally also possess:
- A passion for workforce diversity and the ability to build projects based around diversity and inclusion.
- Experience providing leadership and mentoring around talent initiatives and best-practice recruitment.
- Previous experience in blue collar labour hire will be highly regarded.
