Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver engaging leisure and lifestyle programs for residents
* Plan, implement, and evaluate activities and programmes for frail people with cognitive impairment and other disabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants should have a Certificate IV Leisure & Lifestyle or other relevant qualification, current First Aid Certificate, effective interpersonal communication skills, ability to document assessments, care plans, and progress notes, and ability to work and communicate with people of all ages and cognitive ability.
