Ideally you will have: -Some understanding of Hospital environment and or inventory Management - Good understanding of Mobile technology and IT Literacy - Ability to demonstrate the skill to work both autonomously with offsite support - Physically fit and the ability to complete repetitive work and manual handling - Very focused on customer service and ensuring customer is the number one priority - A high level of personal motivation - A high degree of professionalism and strong business acumen - Problem solving skills - Adaptability and flexible - Reliable - Presentable - Well spoken
General Responsibility
- Manage the Qi Tracking responsibilities at the allocated hospital site /s.
- Priority is to ensure all areas of the hospital have sufficient cylinder requirements and there are no service failures, and the Hospitals main cylinder storeroom has sufficient stocking levels to support the hospitals usage.
Distribute cylinders and maintain stocking levels to ensure at all times hospital has sufficient stocking levels to support department requirements
Reliable and able to cover the required time frame of casual labour work each day at the specified hospital locations
Demonstrate a strong focus on customer service to ensure the "customer's experience" is number one priority and of the highest standard at the Hospital sites
Focus on operational excellence is a key component to ensure all processes are performed for optimal utilisation of the cylinder fleet on the Hospital site.
Build strong relationships throughout the Hospital and assist Hospital staff with cylinder holding requirements and recommendations
Ensure a high level of customer focus is provided by coordinating or providing assistance with all BOC related activities on the Hospital premises or for short term assignments ensure customer enquiries are directed to the appropriate BOC staff
The role is Monday to Friday. Flexibility is a must as there may be the rare occassion on which a delivery is required. Shifts are approx 6 hours a day
