Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis and identification of EH&S process landscape, including functional scope, data migration, integration, and alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
This role involves working with stakeholders to achieve stakeholder consensus, aligning business processes with SAP S/4HANA best practices, and delivering outcomes aligned with customer expectations and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include translating EH&S business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and designing systems that enhance end-user experience for incident management, hazardous substance tracking, environmental monitoring, and audit readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in EH&S systems, SAP EH&S modules (Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, Industrial Hygiene & Safety, Waste Management) and integration with SAP EAM.
* Skilled in conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops and achieving stakeholder consensus.
* Familiar with SAP Signavio for modelling, analysing, and optimising EH&S processes.
* Experience with configuration, implementation, and integration of other leading EH&S platforms.
* Proven ability to analyse, advise, and deliver outcomes aligned with customer expectations and strategic goals.
* Capable of translating EH&S business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
