Head of Academic Operations |Strategy (ELC – 12)

This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a holistic and strategic approach to the staffing and daily academic operations of Geelong Grammar School Campuses- Corio, Toorak, and Timbertop (ELC- Year 12).
About the role:
The Head of Academic Operations, Strategy (ELC-12) is responsible for the following tasks:
* Coordinating and centrally documenting staffing allocations in conjunction with key stakeholders
* Ensuring staff load allocation policies are adhered to
* Leading the building and maintenance of the timetable for Corio campus ELC-12
* Providing logistical support for subject selection processes
* Conducting and providing student academic testing data
* Overseeing the Daily Organisation (allocation of extras) and calendar in conjunction with the administrative support officer for Corio
* Teaching, as required (1 block-0.21 Teaching load)
* Leading and managing direct reports
* Participating as a Member of the Leadership Team Corio (LTC)
About you:
The successful candidate for this role will have:
* Experience in a similar operational and strategic role
* Experience with problem solving
* Experience leading strategic projects in a school setting
* Constructed timetables within a school setting
* Worked in a leadership role coordinating staff
