About the role
Our Aged Care Services in Hamilton has an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our innovative team at The Grange and The Birches. We seek nurses with experience or interest in dementia management and a passion for quality dementia care, applying the Montessori approach and its 12 principles.
Previous aged care experience, computer skills, and knowledge of AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards are desirable. Candidates should be flexible to work shifts and weekends.
