About the Role
* High-end residential repaint and select light commercial projects & new homes
* Lead and manage painters and subcontractors on site
* Plan and coordinate projects to meet timelines and standards
* Deliver consistently high-quality finishes with strong attention to detail
* Maintain clean, organised, and professional job sites
* Liaise with clients in a professional and respectful manner
About You
* Trade qualified painter (Cert III or equivalent)
* Strong experience in residential repaint & new work (essential)
* Proven ability to run jobs or step into a leading hand / foreman role
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Well organised, reliable, and proactive
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Current driver's licence
*You take pride in producing a premium finish and are not interested in cutting corners.
