About the Role: This is a key leadership role in our clients finance transformation program, where you’ll act as the critical bridge between Finance stakeholders and Technology teams. The ideal candidate will combine deep finance process knowledge with strong systems acumen and SAP expertise, particularly in transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA. You will be responsible for shaping requirements, defining business processes, and ensuring solution integrity throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead the business analysis workstream for the SAP S/4HANA finance transformation project. Serve as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and SAP delivery teams. Drive the requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for core finance modules. Facilitate workshops with global process owners to define and align future-state processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Change Management, and Data Migration leads. Own key project deliverables including functional specifications, test scenarios, process maps, and training documentation. Support data cleansing and migration activities related to finance objects. Drive UAT preparation and execution with finance business users. Act as a key advisor on change impacts and support the development of business readiness plans. Monitor progress against key milestones and escalate risks or issues as needed. Experience: Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst in SAP finance projects, ideally including S/4HANA implementations. Strong understanding of finance business processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay). Experience in full project lifecycle implementations – from design through to go-live and stabilisation. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in large, complex organizations or shared services environments. Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
