Your New Role:
As Store Manager you will take charge of a store that is full of life and activity, with strong daily foot traffic and a loyal base of returning customers. This is a high-energy, compact store where no two days are the same. You'll be right in the middle of the action – leading from the floor, setting the tone for your team and making sure every customer feels genuinely welcomed. It is a role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, being present on the floor and finding ways to create memorable experiences while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Get Up To:
* Lead a passionate team of six, driving a strong service culture on the floor
* Take customers on a journey in store, creating a warm and memorable experience every day
* Oversee operations including rostering, stock management, reporting and visual merchandising
* Manage back of house processes strategically, making the most of a small space and offsite stock
* Coach and develop your team through daily huddles and ongoing feedback
Experience Checklist:
* Previous Store Manager experience or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
* A background in service-focused retail environments where you love getting to know your customers and make recommendations.
* Confident leadership skills with emotional intelligence and presence on the floor
* Organised, proactive and able to balance operations with customer experience
