Used Car Sales Manager
The primary objective of this role is to lead a team of used vehicle sales employees in achieving predetermined sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Directing a team of used vehicle sales employees to achieve set sales targets.
* Aligning used vehicle sales activities with the broader business plan.
* Providing regular reports on actual sales performance against set targets to the General Sales Manager.
* Apart from processing commission sheets monitoring competitors' sales and product strategies campaigns and events to optimize market share identifying and exceeding customers' needs by providing in-depth advice and service assisting customers in selecting and purchasing a used vehicle etc.
Required Skills:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or extensive experience in sales with a proven record within the automotive industry.
* A current and valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission.
* A strong understanding of all aspects of a used vehicle operation.
* Highly developed knowledge of the automotive industry.
* The ability to profile customer needs.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* The ability to build effective relationships with customers resulting in sales.
