Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a senior casual, full-time, or leadership support role is essential
* A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills are critical
* Passion for team development and creating exceptional customer experiences is required
* A proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets is necessary
* Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations is an advantage
