Job Overview
This is a pivotal role that oversees the delivery process of new machine deals. It entails processing key documents, working closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely delivery and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage assigned deals throughout the build phase, ensuring accurate forecasting and on-time delivery dates.
* Oversee the issuance of Work Packs in a timely manner.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within the New Machine Delivery department.
* Guarantee efficient invoicing following machine delivery.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet contract requirements and delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
* Customer Service or Business Administration certification.
* Strong customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal.
* Proven time management skills with multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to foster strong relationships and work collaboratively.
