Job Description
This is a part time opportunity, 25 hours a week to be a key member of our Rexel Bunbury branch and be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers within the electrical industry
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst ensuring timely delivery
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
* Responding promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in‐person interactions
* Resolving customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock availability and order fulfilment
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures
* Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals
