We are looking for an experienced Quality & Compliance Lead to support Liberty in maintaining strong governance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across our aged care and community programs.
Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, this role ensures Liberty remains audit‑ready, compliant and well prepared for sector reforms, including the transition to the Support at Home program.
About the Role
The Quality & Compliance Lead plays a key role in maintaining Liberty’s quality systems, policies and compliance framework.
This role ensures organisational policies, procedures and documentation remain aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements, while supporting managers across the organisation with risk management, incident processes and quality improvement initiatives.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, documentation and ensuring systems operate effectively across an organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain Liberty’s Policy Register and controlled document system, ensuring correct version control and compliance
* Coordinate policy reviews, approvals and updates across the organisation
* Support preparation for internal and external audits
* Monitor quality improvement actions, incidents and risk management activities
* Assist managers with compliance processes and incident reporting
* Support staff communication and understanding of policy and procedure updates
* Contribute to quality and governance reporting for the CEO and Committee
About You
You are organised, detail‑focused and comfortable working with policies, compliance systems and documentation. You enjoy helping teams maintain strong governance and quality practices.
You will bring:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality or compliance within aged care
* Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Experience supporting aged care audit preparation or accreditation processes
* Confidence using SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and document control systems
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting managers and staff
