IT Level 2 Support
* Located in Newcastle, On site support and some short travel
* $34 - $42 an hour
* 12 month contract with potential extensions
Key accountabilities
* Provide day-to-day IT support to end users across two sites
* Assist the existing support technician in managing service desk requests and escalating issues as needed
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, incidents, and resolutions
* Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment
* Participate in ongoing training and development under the guidance of the existing support technician
Essential Requirements:
* Ability to travel between Heatherbrae and Bennett's Green as needed
* Willingness to learn and grow into a larger support role over time
* Preference given to candidates based in or near Newcastle due to commuting concerns
