**Job Description:**
EUC Desktop Support professionals will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support services to end-users. This includes installation, management, and troubleshooting of all End User Devices, workstations, printers, and associated peripherals.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Installation and configuration of operating systems and software applications.
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues with End User Devices.
* Providing technical support for virtual desktop interfaces and managing endpoint devices.
* Liaising with 3rd party vendors for component or unit replacement.
* Configuring workstation Windows Operating System Firewall as per client SOP.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with end-users throughout the service disruption/request and provide regular updates through standard customer provided tools & channels.
