The Role:
A new opportunity is available for a Facilities Manager to work for a leading asset management organisation within industrial property.
You will manage an industrial based portfolio across Western Sydney. This role will require travel and you will manage 10+ sites, whilst reporting into the Senior FM.
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
* Manage all maintenance and services across the industrial portfolio
* Manage minor works, PPM's and reactive works
* Conduct site inspections
* Manage subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
* Budget responsibility monitoring cost and performance
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
* Experience in facilities within industrial property
* Proven experience working within critical environments
* Strong technical knowledge
* Ability to build strong relationships with contractors and relevant stakeholders
