As a vital member of our team, you will provide support to individuals and families in the Peel Coast area. Your mission is to empower people to live fulfilling lives and maintain connections within their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer domestic assistance, encompassing housekeeping, meal planning, and personal administration.
* Provide personalized care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and hoisting.
* Facilitate customers' connections to their communities through appointments and activities.
* Develop innovative solutions to challenges.
Essential Requirements:
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* An NDIS Worker Screening check.
* A positive attitude and creative thinking.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts.
* Experience supporting individuals and families (desired).
* Qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services (desired).
