We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to join our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise the care team, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents.
* Liaise with General Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
* Administer medications safely and in accordance with regulations.
* Provide direct care in a professional and competent manner.
* Manage hospital transfers and external appointments.
* Communicate effectively with residents' families regarding care plans and wellbeing.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A completed Bachelor of Nursing degree.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* National Police Clearance.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* Up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, and Influenza.
* Aged care experience is an advantage, but not essential.
* Previous experience as an AIN, PCW or EN is welcomed.
