Aurizon is seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Growth Leader to join their successful team. This role will involve managing customer relationships to deliver strong commercial outcomes and overseeing the management of key customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain excellent relationships across your portfolio of customers to optimise the flow of customer information.
* Assist with the mobilisation of key customer contracts, including contractual reporting and project management of infrastructure enablers.
* Be the lead expert for all customer intelligence within the portfolio, identifying potential future business growth opportunities or decline risks, and developing strategic solutions to manage these.
* Lead the design and development of customer proposals, tender responses and business cases within your portfolio.
* Deliver performance requirements through rigorous contract performance processes, including issue management with customers, to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong commercial experience, a university qualification in Economics, Finance, Commerce or related discipline, and high-level leadership skills.
