The Role
Reporting to the Coordinator Workplace
Health and Safety and based in Windsor NSW, the purpose of this position is to
provide administrative support to the People and Development Branch, the coordination
of the learning management system and WHS online register.
About You
You will have demonstrated experience in administration support
and coordinating compliance and other training for a similar size organisation
as well as proficiency in using corporate software applications to update
records and prepare reports. You will be accustomed to engaging with internal
and external stakeholders which will be necessary to ensure timely completion
of documentation and projects.
Essential Criteria
·
Tertiary qualifications in Business
Administration or related qualification
·
Demonstrated corporate experience in administration
·
Demonstrated experience in coordinating
compliance training
·
Demonstrated corporate experience in office
administration and clerical skills
·
Demonstrated experience using corporate
software applications
·
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
·
Experience in administration of database
programs
·
Experience preparing corporate correspondence,
presentation packs and standard reports
·
The right to live and work in Australia
·
Class C Drivers Licence
·
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
·
Successful applicants will be required to
undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
Desirable
·
Certificate IV WHS and/or HR
·
WHS General Construction Work in NSW
·
Demonstrated experience in administration of workers
compensation
