- Typing / amending correspondence and court documents 
- Scanning/photocopying 
- Diary management and arranging appointments 
- Filing and archiving 
- Opening and closing files 
- Monthly billing 
- Liaising with clients 
- Brief preparation 
- General administration duties 
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a legal secretary ideally within an insurance or litigation team 
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy 
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks 
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills 
- Friendly and approachable personality 
- Solid work ethic and highly motivated 
- The ability to work in a team as well as manage workloads independently 
- A problem solver who is proactive 
- Works well under pressure 
- Good typing, spelling and Word skills 
- Experience using Filepro is an advantage
