Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Visual Merchandiser based at our Nunawading store. As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence. Acting in line with our values, you'll contribute to your success and that of the company.
The Role:
About You:
* Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in store.
* Analyse sales performance, ensure product care and identify and prioritise visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Store Management.
* Create, propose and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends in collaboration with Store Management.
* Coach and support store teams to confidently maintain visual execution day to day.
* Deliver high level of customer service when working on the shop floor.
* Support store network with delivering consistent visual merchandising across all stores.
* Support store expansion projects.
