We're opening a new café in the heart of Collingwood, and we're looking for genuine, friendly people to join us. Olive Authentic Greek is all about great coffee, warm hospitality, and creating a place where both customers and staff feel comfortable and appreciated.

About the Roles
We're hiring for multiple positions:
* Baristas — for those who love the craft of coffee
* Baker / Pastry Baker — for those who bring skill and passion to baked goods
* All‑Rounders — for those who enjoy variety and interaction
* Kitchen Hand / Food Prep — for those who love being hands‑on
You'll be part of a team that works together to:
* Make and serve drinks with care and consistency
* Welcome customers, take orders, and operate the register
* Help with simple food prep and assembly
* Maintain a tidy and comfortable workspace
* Support teammates during busy service
* Contribute to a warm, relaxed, and authentic atmosphere
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for people who are:
* Naturally friendly and good with people
* Responsible, reliable, and respectful
* Happy working in a busy environment
* Comfortable interacting with customers
* Willing to pitch in wherever needed
Experience-wise:
* Baristas should have solid coffee knowledge and confident milk-handling
* Bakers should have experience with dough, pastry, and/or bread
* All‑Rounders should be comfortable with service and POS
* Kitchen assistants should be efficient and attentive to cleanliness and prep
* Latte art is a bonus — not a requirement
