Centre Performance Manager (Multi‐Site) – Northern Territory

Journey Early Learning is seeking an experienced Centre Performance Manager to lead performance across our Northern Territory portfolio – Durack, Durack Heights, Nightcliff, and Millner, with an exciting new build service launching in Parap.
This is a hands‐on, multi‐site leadership role, spending three days per week in services, partnering closely with Centre Leadership Teams to strengthen capability, embed consistent ways of working, and drive sustainable performance.
About the role
As Centre Performance Manager, you'll work alongside Centre Managers, Educational Leaders, ECTs and Admin teams to bring the Journey Way to life across multiple services.
You'll lead through Journey's 7 Success Factors, supporting:
* Leadership capability and team culture
* Consistent standards, quality and compliance
* Clear communication and operational rhythm
* Strong family and community experience
This role suits a leader who enjoys being close to the action, coaching in real time and supporting teams to do their best work.
