About this Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to attract, identify and hire top-tier talent to meet the company's hiring needs. Working closely with all hiring Managers across the business, having a clear understanding or their business units and the position requirements.
You will own the full life cycle of blue and white-collar recruitment and onboarding with the opportunity to improve on processes and be the go-to person for all stakeholders hiring and onboarding needs.
Although recruitment is a priority for this role you will also carry out a range of HR related activities including HR administration and documentation including contracts and letters of variation. There is also the opportunity to assist with project work and cyclical activities
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with thewider Human Resources team todeliver the organisation's Human Resources strategy and support the achievement of the broader business goals.
What we are looking for
Our ideal person will be a team player with a high level of enthusiasm, organised, self-motivation, and ability to use their own initiative.
Ideally you will have a qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field. However, it's more important to us that you have experience in recruitment and administration:
* High-level attention to detail and accuracy in data management
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* A "people focused" mindset with the ability to deliver quality customer service
* A proactive approach, self-motivated and the desire to learn
