Office Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily administration and accounting functions of our business. As a hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply ordering.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or painting industry. A qualification in Business Administration is highly desirable. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in office software such as MS Office and Xero are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Oversight: Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply ordering
* Schedule and Coordination: Assist with project scheduling and coordinate between project supervisors and clients
* Customer Service: handle phone calls, emails, inquiries from clients, vendors, and colleagues
* Financial Administration: Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and processing payments
* Payroll: process payroll by tracking employee hours using Xero
* Social Media and Marketing: Assist with posts on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, manage Google Business Profile, and solicit Google reviews
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role in the construction or painting industry
2. Qualification in Business Administration or similar
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in office software such as MS Office, Xero, CRM, etc., and familiar with social media platforms
