As a seasoned Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of key clients under the guidance of a Group Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing an agency portfolio and driving revenue and share targets forward.
* Proactively meeting with agencies/presenting opportunities to grow existing relationships.
* Collaborating with broadcast, digital and integration teams to provide holistic solutions for clients.
* Working closely with Effect Account Managers on developing and selling premium sponsorship opportunities.
* Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities to deliver on revenue targets and share.
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity.
* Building strong relationships with clients and agencies through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

What we are looking for in an Account Manager:

* Experience in similar B2B media sales/account management roles.
* Proactive and service-driven approach.
* Strong account management skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic priorities to drive revenue growth.
* Autonomy in working on key projects and opportunities.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong attention to detail, flexibility, time management, and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional and confident presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability and ability to meet deadlines.
