**New Opportunity**
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Invoicing Coordinator to join our growing Fairs and Events team out of our newly renovated head office in Alexandria.
This is a superb opportunity to advance your career with a global industry leader in supply chain and logistics!
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create invoicing packages and dispatch to both customers and key network stakeholders
- Development and distribution of profit and loss statements
- Fielding calls and enquires from Carriers, customers and agents
- Monitor and help resolve client queries with invoices
- Monitor and help operations in relation to cash collections and Fair and exhibition transactions
**Ideally you'll have**
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Completed tertiary education in accounting
- Ability to multitask and work within a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a diverse team
Recent graduates with an accounting degree are welcome to apply!
