Our client is currently seeking a reliable and organised Administration Support Officer to join their growing team. This role will support day-to-day office operations including invoicing, payroll assistance, and general administrative duties.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous admin experience who is looking to step into a stable, supportive role within a busy construction/services environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with invoicing and accounts processing
* Supporting payroll preparation and data entry
* General office administration and document management
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Maintaining accurate records and job files
About You
* Previous administration experience (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable working with invoicing or payroll systems (training can be provided)
* Good communication skills
