* Strongemployeeandindustrialrelationscapability,includinginvestigations,disciplinarymatters,grievances,performancemanagementandworkplaceconflictresolution.
* Experienceimplementingpeoplestrategies,workforceinitiativesandorganisationalchangeprograms.
* StrongknowledgeofAustralianemploymentlegislation,industrialrelationsframeworks,enterpriseagreementsandmodernawards.
* TertiaryqualificationinHumanResources,EmploymentRelations,Businessorarelateddiscipline.
