About the Role
The Quality and Technical Officer is responsible in supporting Sales and Operations in the productquality management through inspection and audits, material testing, analysis and evaluation of newand existing products.
The position likewise initiate, supports and monitors reverse engineering / benchmarking activities for product performance, product/ process improvements as well as process/ product development initiatives within Ramcar ANZ.
Qualifications
With a degree in Engineering/technical course
Proven track record of working to KPIs and achieving targets

Tasks/Duties
Prepares technical data sheets for newly developed products, ensuring that all data have been backed by recognized laboratory testing procedures according to the correct material requirements.
Performs laboratory tests to ensure conformance of products, old and new, to the product claims, and international test standard.
Conducts reverse engineering activities/thorough product evaluation to confirm that the materials meet the minimum mechanical and electrical requirements and for product improvements.
Conducts research, development, and optimisation of materials used in batteries, as well as ensuring these materials used in batteries, as well as ensuring these materials meet performance, safety, and sustainability standard.
Investigate and identify new materials for improving battery performance.
Performs new product qualifications in collaboration with suppliers to ensure that the product specifications, laboratory tests, and actual performance can meet the customers' demand.
Performs investigations, root cause analyses, and product evaluation reports to identify causes of failures and to implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrence and to keep customers satisfaction.
Performs other agreed tasks supporting Quality and Technical Department's projects/objectives.
