Job Title: HR Business Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle, providing guidance and support to designated regions in all facets of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise managers on Employee Relations matters, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
* Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
* Develop and deliver training programs for managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Lead various HR projects and contribute to the development and delivery of initiatives.
* E nsure compliance with employment laws, industrial agreements, and internal organisational policies.
* Foster a positive work culture in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
* Previous working experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Awards, EBAs, HR, and Payroll statutory and legislative requirements.
* A team player with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
