Executive manager field business operations

Role Summary

Executive Manager Business Operations reporting to the Regional Field Operations General Manager. You will lead the evolution of business operations across Field Regions, uplifting commercial capability, and bringing strategy to life through thoughtful planning, governance, and performance enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into an integrated operational roadmap ensuring alignment across teams and clarity around goals over a one to three-year horizon.
• Design and embed operational frameworks that support excellence, balancing performance, risk, compliance and workforce planning to deliver consistent, high‐quality service.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives to uplift efficiency, enhance engagement and improve the experience for employees and customers.
• Foster alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, creating a shared sense of ownership and purpose through inclusive collaboration.
• Simplify complexity and connect people, processes and priorities to enable Field Services to operate confidently, adaptively and resiliently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strategic and empowering leader with extensive experience in complex, stakeholder‐rich environments.
• Deep experience in commercial operations, planning, governance and transformation.
• Strong ability to connect long‐term strategy with practical delivery.
• Engaging, inclusive communication style that influences at all levels and brings others onto the journey.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, curiosity to simplify and innovate, and a people‐centred approach to sustainable outcomes.
