Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to take the lead on a large-scale residential development? We’re seeking a motivated professional to manage the construction of a landmark mixed use project in Canberra, overseeing all on-site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for a large-scale residential project.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth operations.
* Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure targets are met.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Provide clear reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
* Foster a positive team culture and high-performance work environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large residential projects
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related field.
