We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role that involves managing high volume inbound calls via telephone and email. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services and support to our clients, staff and employees.
Job Description
* Triage and resolve queries received from clients, support teams and employees as a first point of contact.
* Receive incoming telephone calls and emails, and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
* General administration duties such as data entry, coordinating mail, document management, and record keeping.
* Project-based work to assist in day-to-day running of the office.
* Support company events and client social programs.

* A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
* A professional, empathetic and courteous phone manner with the ability to support clients who may find it difficult to articulate their needs.
* Well-developed digital literacy, including experience with client databases and Google Suite.
* Skilled in problem-solving, triaging calls and emails, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* Motivated team player focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum two (but preferably three) doses of COVID-19 vaccination and an annual flu vaccination.
* National Police History check.
* Valid Right to Work status in Australia.
